At Nivoracollections, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. To ensure smooth returns and exchanges, please take note of the following guidelines:

A video of the parcel being opened is required. If you have any doubts about the parcel, please record a video of the opening process. This helps us verify genuine defects and facilitates replacements or refunds.

Complaints regarding refunds, damages, or missing items will not be addressed unless accompanied by a parcel opening video.

You have 3 days after receiving an item to notify us if you wish to return it.

Customers are responsible for returning items via traceable delivery (such as courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned products.

Exchanges
The most effective method to obtain the desired item is by initiating a return of the original item. Once the return is authorized, you can then proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and examine your return, we'll inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that there may be a delay as your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
